I don’t see how anyone drinks out of that drinks machines. Its one thing not being about to see any filth but to see such nasty, gross substance on the outside all around the machine at that. I passed on my combo drink, almost didn’t want to eat but will never see me there.

I go back to get a refund —after I have had two fries, sipped my drink and opened the food to find it wasn’t my order. — even though you guys lost my receipt, and cashier up front snatched my 2nd used order from me. Y’all need a new manager or more staff who actually care about what they’re doing in the kitchen. It’s actually so depressing being one of the closest locations to Bojangles Coliseum. I recommend trying different locations.
