The first bag they took back after I already had almost drove off and they yell for me to reverse back. I wait again for my second bag of food, and it’s still wrong. I go back to get a refund —after I have had two fries, sipped my drink and opened the food to find it wasn’t my order. — even though you guys lost my receipt, and cashier up front snatched my 2nd used order from me. Y’all need a new manager or more staff who actually care about what they’re doing in the kitchen. It’s actually so depressing being one of the closest locations to Bojangles Coliseum. I recommend trying different locations.

The fries and biscuit were ok but the root beer had too much carbonation and I couldn't drink it. Overall it was a bad experience and I would never return.
