I called with the concern to the manager, and the only thing he told me was that he was going to address the team never asked how he could make it better or anything. This is why AI will be taken over soon. Customer service absolutely zero I will not be going back to the store again.

It wasn’t busy so I got amazing service and there was a lady. Her name was Kiara and she made me fresh bow rounds Which were delicious and she was All around very very helpful and sweet. The atmosphere was good. It was very clean and I was able to sit down with my friend and eat a meal overall amazing experience and great staff and great food.

The light skin short girl with very curly hair and glasses has the worst attitude every time I have been at this location. I mean please, if you don’t like your job, find another one, or fire her. Other employees I have interacted with have been fine, except for her. I don’t understand why she hasn’t been fired yet as I’ve been other reviews on her. She is constantly on her phone and does not respect anyone nor her job itself. I will no longer go to this location and I have referred family and friends to the other locations due to my awful experience. Please do not go to this location, the attitude of this employee will ruin your day.
