  Can't visit Charlotte and not go at least once to Bojangles for a ham, sausage, or chicken biscuit at breakfast time. The chain was founded in Charlotte after all, and finding a good ham biscuit, let alone a good biscuit, in much of the country is a losing proposition. The ham on my biscuit today was just right -- thin, salty, and chewy, and the biscuit fit the bill.

  I don't know what's wrong with the people with this Bojangles but the people at the window are rude, they barely speak to you, they don't ever say thank you or you're welcome even when you say thank you. They have that stupid AI order system that screws up your order about half the time. The parking lot is full of trash and empty cups and wrappers... You literally have a flock of crows living in the parking lot off the trash. This is an absolute disgrace for Cotswold, these employees are essentially children who have no concept of customer service, and management is completely useless. They do nothing to correct the situation or even manage it. It's really time for this restaurant to just shut down and something good to come in. Cotswold deserves better. I know I'll never spend another penny there. I mean for God's sake to drive through girl had earbuds in. As the general manager of a 4.9 star rated restaurant in Charlotte, I would have fired every single person in that building today.
