It was only around 8 PM on a Saturday, and we were told they had stopped serving certain chicken items because it was “too late.” There were still customers outside eating, so that was already confusing. What was even more disappointing was that when we asked to use the restroom, we were repeatedly refused. The employee in the orange shirt with the rat-tail bun refused to provide her name, who also cursed at me while the manager on duty who was standing right beside her also refused to allow us to use the restroom. We were also told there was no food available, despite seeing customers actively eating. If the restaurant has a policy about restroom use or stops serving certain menu items at a certain time, that’s one thing—but the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. I would expect much better customer service from Bojangles. The date is August 22nd at 8:10pm

I called with the concern to the manager, and the only thing he told me was that he was going to address the team never asked how he could make it better or anything. This is why AI will be taken over soon. Customer service absolutely zero I will not be going back to the store again.
