  If you like: - cold and/or burned biscuits - old fries - overcooked chicken - lazy service with nonchalant workers - a drive-thru window with view of a filthy kitchen (full garbage can, food all over the floor) - or workers prepping food without gloves... ...GO HERE. I'm not sure why this restaurant has a "98 A." The manager is clearly not present and if there is one, they do not care about this restaurant. My family enjoys Bojangles from time-to-time but I don't plan to return. It's unfortunate because this is a convenient location. I'd rather drive further away for better service. The parking lot at this location is filled with trash, leading to the drive-thru windows. It is a clear reflection of the lack of management and respect for the customer as well as this franchise. The entire store needs a reset! New staff, new management!

  What the hell is this? Old dirty rice that is dried out… you can tell this is old bc the rice is hard as hell! What manager would allow this to even go out to a customer. Obviously they don’t give a damn… this is the worst I have ever seen dirty rice. The manager should be ashamed. This is one of the slowest bojangles I have been too. Workers don’t care. All just laughing and having fun at the customers expense. If I could give zero stars I would

  I live close to this location and they are always lacking! Came in and got cold food and instead of the supreme dimmer I was given the traditional supremes because I could tell by size and taste these were not the right ones! Cold fries and burnt biscuit!! Horrible service got to do better!! Day shift is always decent but night shift is always horrible!! Tried calling multiple times after getting home to address it and got no answer so will be calling back during the day to see about getting my refund or food replaced

  I love Bojangles. This particular one seemed a little off. Not bad, but it didnt do anything for me. Sandwiches were thrown together. Place could of been cleaner also. Need to do better!

  I always pay for extra sauce and never receive it. Today, our chicken supremes and biscuits weren’t cooked either. Won’t be back to this location, even though it’s less than a mile away from my home smh
