  Just don’t go here unless u really have to came here once before I had hair in my Bo rounds I was like you know what stuff happens told the manager on duty and didn’t even offer to replace my food or a refund I come back a week later and was like let me give them another shot pulled up employees smoking weed in the parking lot comes inside doesn’t wash their hands and get my order wrong I really tried but I will not be back plus my food was cold

  As a Local Guide, I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but this experience at Bojangles was unacceptable. I ordered the Bo Chicken Bites combo, and the food I received was genuinely some of the worst I’ve been served from any fast food restaurant. The chicken bites were extremely hard, overcooked, and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. They were so bad that I couldn’t even eat them. On top of the poor quality, the order was also incorrect, as I did not receive the full portion I paid for. The only item that was even remotely decent were the fries, but that does not come close to justifying the overall experience. Spending $14 on food that was this poorly prepared and inaccurately served is beyond disappointing. As someone who regularly reviews local businesses, I expect a basic standard of quality and accuracy, and this location fell far below that. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately.
