    I know the ownership doesn’t care, we all know that, but this place is the worst run Bojangles, that I’ve ever been to they run out of chicken. They don’t have all the items on the menu, customer service is trash, is dirty, they don’t open on time, they close early. And I will still never get over the fact that these people ran out of chicken 2 1/2 hours before closing because and I quote they didn’t feel like un-thawing more chicken. It sucks that this is the closest location to my house and I can’t even go to it because it’s that bad. But judging by the rest of the reviews, their ownership doesn’t care, I wish they close.

    I kid you not this is the worst fast food restaurant I have been to since I have been on this planet. I have ordered from here 8 times and all 8 times they have messed up my order or undercooked the food. I recommend going absolutely anywhere else literally anywhere else than here. Save your money.

    This is one of the only negative reviews I’ve ever written because I don’t usually like to do them, especially as someone who worked in food service for a while. But the service at this location was truly horrendous. For starters, I waited in the drive through line for a total of 50 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. 10 of these minutes was spent at the window in which no one looked at me, spoke to me, apologized for the wait, or anything. During this time, inside I could see at least 6 employees including what looked like the shift lead or manager leisurely walking around and laughing with each other. One of these people was the drive through attendant who was eating food, drinking, joking around with people, and continuing to not acknowledge me at the window. When I finally did get acknowledged, he asked me to remind him of what my order was, took my payment, and then took another 5 minutes to finally bring something out to me. I was missing one third of my order which I had to ask for and they questioned me on it, had to ask for my receipt, and even had to send something back because it was incorrect and covered in some kind of fatty oil. All of this happened with me not giving any kind of tone, rude face, or comment because I was trying to be understanding yet I was still treated like they couldn’t be bothered. I was even handed a drink where by another guy who also didn’t look at me and I had to extend myself out of my car and try to catch his waving arm with the drink because he was too busy chatting to notice he wasn’t close to my window at all. After all this, I get home to find I was missing my Bo Rounds and one of the sauces I paid extra for, so my order still wasn’t correct.

    Avoid this Bojangles at all cost. Stopped in to grab breakfast before a baseball tournament. There were huge water puddles all over the floor with no signs warning people. The bathrooms were a disaster. You have to order on the kiosk. Couldn’t get my receipt to print. Once we got the food we were missing 2 biscuits and then the worker gave me an attitude and made us wait 10 min to get them. NEVER AGAIN!! We were going to dine in to eat but we left immediately after getting our food.

    This Bojangles location needs some serious help for real. 1. The food after some time be okay/ good but it’s that you don't get your original order. For example if you order a “4 piece supreme” thats what you want right. The employees ask if you take drumsticks instead of tenders, or no fries right now would you like another side. Like no, that is not what i ordered. 2. The Service, this is the Worst part of it all. The service is terrible. There is no sense of urgency and seems like all the workers are not doing their jobs at all effectively. It’s a fast food spot, should be the most easiest less complicated job right. The workers here be playing in the back and talking to each other while people are waiting on their food (in the drive thru and inside with tickets in their hands). Also what I don't understand is the staff managers don't do nothing about it. They kind of “fall along” with it and be upset all the time. They do not correct the workers at all and just be moving like they’re tired to be there as well. If you request for a refund and all, they would get mad at you for asking for that. It’s all just a huge mess here. Bojangles higher ups needs to please step in. 3. The atmosphere/environment, this also goes along with the service because if the service is bad you can right there just imagine how it looks inside the building. When you waiting, the drink area is all messed up, lids everywhere, the floor is sticky, no sweet tea. In the workers area, cups, straws, and everything are under the tables and areas. Stuff is not restocked for people that are inside. Bathrooms are messed up Overall, this location needs help. Better training, better hires, better service, and better cleanliness.
