Once during dinner shift (around 5:30) and once during breakfast shift (around 9:30) Each time I had to wait for approximately 20 minutes. Will never come back to this location due to the extended long wait (no customers were INSIDE the restaurant) so the slowness cant be blamed on being overly busy!

I’ve been a lover of Bojangles my whole life, and I hate to see it become so consistently inconsistent. Every time I visit this location, I run into awful wait times, food that is old/soggy/underseasoned/underportioned, or missing items entirely. The staff is incredibly rude and standoffish, which is impressive considering AI or a tablet inside takes the orders for them. This last go-round, I ordered a bo-sized supreme combo and received no biscuit and fries that were old and soggy. While I was there, I asked the person at the window if they still sell containers of the fry seasoning (you know, the shaker containers) - she walked away without saying a word, then came back and handed me a fry sleeve with a little bit of seasoning in it, again without saying a word. Not what I was asking for, but how am I supposed to communicate that with her if she literally won’t speak. It was just such a bizarre interaction. I miss the old Bojangles.
