- JOJonathan OverhalserSep 29, 20261.0"We don't have chicken." This was the response I got after waiting for my 8-piece order. I did get eventually a refund, but why is the store open if you don't have chicken? It's literally your cornerstone. Terrible that we lost 15 minutes each of our three lives (and missing actually having a family dinner) for this. The guy in front of me was told, "We don't have large cups." There was no solution offered - just , "We don't have large cups." Then a pause. He had to ask for Regular cups for his order, because it wasn't an automatic consideration (no idea if they had chicken for him or if they'd ordered something else). I had specifically wanted fried chicken tonight - and specifically Bojangles because there's a local history behind the brand - and was going to request that our houseguest get us Bojangles breakfast tomorrow, but that is absolutely not going to happen. So it is an extra business loss, on top of the times I will overlook them in the future. I don't care if you have Country Ham or Cajun Chicken Biscuits in the morning; I wanted your one specialty and could not get it tonight. Note: I stopped in an hour before the dining room closing time, so that is not an excuse. Maybe a sign on the door and drive-thru would save everyone their valuable time? "We don't have chicken." I won't be back.

We had to ask for each individual item and they were laid in front of us not bagged, then we had to ask for all the sauces and still didn't get all of out items. The store is filthy as well. Straw wrappers laying on the floors and tables as well as chicken scraps and paper towels. The employees are too worried talking about someone they're gonna fight and getting their hair and nails done to do their jobs. The girl doing the drive thru window is super rude as well. This is sad for Bojangles they can do better.

We were missing all of our fries, two Chicken Supremes, and multiple sides. We tried calling the restaurant as soon as we realized the order was incomplete, but the phone automatically hangs up, so we couldn’t even speak with anyone to get the issue corrected. I understand that it’s late, but if you’re still accepting orders and charging customers full price, we should receive everything we paid for. A manager definitely needs to address this. Very disappointing experience. Do not go here

What was really bad was the dirty floor around the drink area, I was very surprised that they had no “caution wet floor” and the tea was OLD and I mean disgusting old (didn’t realize until I was home) let’s get to the food, day old (at least) French fries, the Cajun chicken was supposed to be fresh under cooked, the bacon egg and cheese was like chewing gum. My poor granddaughter and daughter couldn’t eat theirs. All in all bad, bad and bad bojangles will not be getting my money ever again.

I tried to call from 5 to 5:10 but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone so I drove to the location to order. The lobby was closed so I went to the drive through. Ordered and was told I would have to wait, which obviously I knew with a large order. I waited over a hour and nothing and the lobby is still closed. I got back in the now extremely busy drive through line to check on order. As soon as I said I wasn't ordering I was just checking on my order that I've been waiting over an hour for the young lady gets it and heads for the door. Now I have to wait in the long line to get my food. My question is, how long did my food sit there, ready, and then not bring it out? I will never spend another dime at this location and will tell everyone I can to do the same thing. Just horrible General management. Corporate help these folks hire someone. There are 2 people working. There's no way they can keep up!
