- JSJosh S.Jun 14, 20261.0Hello, I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience my wife and I had at your Bever Farms Rd location. When we arrived, the cashier was asking another team member a question about the customer’s order in front of us. The team member, who appeared to be working near the fry station, became visibly upset and started hollering, saying something along the lines of, “Get him away from me.” Her behavior was loud, rude, and uncomfortable enough that the customer in front of us seemed unsure if he even wanted to continue ordering. What made it worse was that the managers on duty did not appear to step in or address the situation. After we placed our order, I ordered a large fry. Shortly after, I heard the same team member say, “How many fries is he gonna take? I need them for my order.” Again, this was said loudly enough for customers to hear, and it came across as very unprofessional. She was also seen tossing her headset down, acting frustrated, and saying she had been there all day. I understand long shifts can be stressful, but that kind of behavior should not be tolerated in front of customers or directed toward coworkers. It made the entire experience uncomfortable, and honestly, I felt bad for the cashier who was trying to do his job. Before leaving, I told him I hoped he gets some real team members, because he did not deserve to be treated that way. I’m not usually one to complain, but this was a poor experience and not the kind of teamwork or customer service I’d expect from Bojangles. I hope this is looked into and addressed with the staff and management at that location. Thank you.

I went inside to order, and waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged before choosing to go to Whataburger instead. There were around 5-6 cars in the drive through line, and 2 people inside waiting for their orders. Definitely not slow, but not "ignoring the line for 10 minutes" slow. In the 10 minutes I was in the building, only one car got their food and one person inside got their order. One employee was coming up front to get mashed potatoes and napkins, but completely ignored the line of 3-4 people at the register, and we all left without ordering. The woman behind me asked if someone could take our orders, and the employee she was speaking to just stared through her. He didn't respond or call anyone else in the back over. It seems like this location is not properly staffed, as all 4 people I could see in the back were all focused on the drive-through. The few times I've done drive-through here are also extremely slow, as I've waited up to 30 minutes for my food.
