- KWKia WMar 19, 20261.0Ordered a bday cake with them and was told they would bring it to the Huntersville location. I arrived after the appointed time and the cake wasn’t there. No one could find the owners son who was supposed to bring it. FF an hour later and someone brought the cake to the Huntersville store. The cake tasted like trash. I asked for the owner to contact me and I received an email from the manager days later saying I could get a refund if I brought the cake back in tact. Never again!

I arrived to a dimly lit Baskin Robbin at 9:53pm wanting some ice cream and was rudely greeted by Sumanya (sp?) with her saying, "the register is closed." I responded stating, "its not 10pm and your business hours state you close a 10pm. I drove a long way to get here." She said there's nothing she was going to do but she was going to get the manager. The manager, Chris, walked out and said the register is closed. I explained to him your business hours state 10pm is the closing time. I asked for his name and he reluctantly told me.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
