I asked for the owner to contact me and I received an email from the manager days later saying I could get a refund if I brought the cake back in tact. Never again!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
