  I have been to this location numerous times and never had an issue with anything I have ordered nor any of the employees working at the drive-thru being rude until today. I ordered a pecan chicken salad sandwich between 1:30-2 pm and was told they no longer had them. I asked another question trying to find if they were out of them or no longer carrying them for the summer. No response. I ordered a turkey/bacon/ranch and asked for the dressing to be put on the side. She understood b/c she repeated that back to me and the tone in her voice sounded as though putting the dressing on the side was an inconvenience. I drive to the window and pick up my order and noticed packets of some kind of sauce assuming they were Ranch dressings in the bag. I get home, and opened them.....horseradish and original Arby's sauce, not Ranch. I can understand a mistake, if indeed a mistake, but not a mistake with her rudeness.

  Ordered 2 small fries, roast beef sandwich, and a gyro. I didnt get the gyro...instead I got another roast beef sandwich

  STORE DOES NOT OPEN DOORS AT 10am as Posted business Hours. Poor Management to see its running ON TIME. HAHAL FOOD TRUCK UPTOWN HAVE BETTER SERVICE.

  I haven't been to an Arby's in several years just because there's not one near me or in my regular path to working back. However, the ham and cheese melt combo that I got was actually really good. I ordered potato cakes instead of fries and they were nice and crispy. The young lady working the drive-thru was very personable and had a great attitude.
