  The district manager needs to hire a new store manager for this location because they are not doing their job right. The number of other low reviews is not a coincidence.

  Worst restaurant ever. Ive lived here 10 years and stop by occasionally and its always off. They are incredibly slow, dont mix their shakes, forget straws and condiments..... its such a waste of a good location and normally decent restaurant.

  Ordered ahead at 7:17 PM for a 7:22 PM pickup. Arrived on time to find the only employee at the counter eating fries with her bare hands — no gloves, no handwashing. She looked right at me and kept eating. When I gave my name, she pulled two receipts, said she didn't have my order, and I had to point to the ticket sitting right in front of her with my name on it. Fries for my order weren't even dropped in the fryer until 7:25 — three minutes after they were supposed to be ready. At 7:30 she came back to the counter, resumed eating and drinking, and told me she was still "waiting on fries," even though they'd already been in the fryer for 5 minutes at that point. Finally got my food at 7:34, at least with a thank you — but the sandwich itself was obviously microwaved, chewy and disgusting. The restaurant was completely empty of other customers the entire time. But when I arrived, a woman who appeared to be panhandling was standing right in the customer area at the counter — her belongings were left outside near the entrance, separate from her. By the time I left she'd moved outside too, near her things. I've seen this same woman at this location on my last two visits. Separately, other personal items were left out on the windowsill by the entrance. Add in several cars parked right by the entrance blasting loud, profane music — one blue two-door BMW sat there over 20 minutes, seemingly waiting on an employee — and it's clear this location has an oversight problem beyond just one bad interaction. Between the service, the food handling, the food quality, and the overall atmosphere, hard to recommend right now.
