  I ordered twice back to back and I still did not receive my potatoe cakes. I am pregnant and cant leave the house atm. I ordered through doordash and each time I ordered Arby's let me down. The first time I was missing my dink and potatoe cakes and the second time still no potatoe cakes at all. I dont understand why this keeps happening. This has ruined my whole day and I cant get a hold of anyone at the store to talk to at all about this issue. Very disappointed.

  The staff is so rude it's no one in the store im talking about not one customer but me and it took them almost 10 minutes just to even say hello oh this is the store on Independence Blvd

  Great experience and drinks were cold (98 degrees outside) and properly calibrated.

  Food is usually good. Frustrating to get talked over in the drive thru and see everyone with AirPods in and then the order is wrong. Wonder why.
