- LLLeuviantOct 31, 20221.0The final straw absolutely stay away from this location at all costs!!! Food is almost always undercooked and service is absolutely poor. I am not even sure they have a manager… Only way to get help was to call corporate… Here is the story of our last and final experience ! Sunday night we ordered online an hour before closing a simple order of 3 pizzas. Get a random incoherent call from a number that can’t be called back at 9:58pm (they close at 10:00pm). The person couldn’t explain what exactly happened but from gist of it it was picked up by door dash or another third party… first he said call door dash… I don’t have an account with door dash and then he said call the store… I call asap but get no response most likely because of closing time… Get a hold of corporate and request a refund which takes up to 3 days.. Call next day and get put on hold for over 30 minutes, call on a second line to ask why it’s taking so long get ignored and hung up on… Follow up will be added later… Edit: Went in person to finally talk to a manager about the issue and make sure we were made whole, no real sincerity.
