  My guy is Isaiah, dont know if he was a manger or not but he seem manger qualified. Customer service was phenomenal. He displayed care with figuring out what combo I should have since they did not sell the daily double combo no more. Even small talk was great. He gave me my cup ai fixed a drink and my food was ready on the counter by the time I got back. The food was super fresh and made correct the first time. So what ever crew worked on 5/7/26 yall are doing a great job. Thank you for your service.

  I went through the drive thru on Thursday 4/23/26 around 2:00-2:15 and ordered two combos. A cheese quarter pounder with fries and Dr. Pepper and a Fish sandwich with fries and Dr. Pepper. The guy taking the order and the guy taking the payment were fine. It was all good until my arrival at the window where you get your food. The hispanic lady handed us our drinks. We work outside all day in the extreme heat and as soon as we take a sip, we find out both of our drinks were flat and tasted disgusting. I immediately told the lady the drinks were bad and she said, "Ok, well do you guys want something else to drink?" I said, "Yes! The drinks taste awful." She asked, "Well, what do you want?" I said, "I want a Dr. pepper if you have some that isn't flat." She ignored my response and instead asked again, "What kind of drink do you want?" So, I said, "Well in that case we will take two cokes." The lady brought us two cokes and I started to hand her the bad Dr. peppers and she denied the drinks. I was confused and asked her if she could take back the flat drinks she had handed us. She said, "No! There are trash cans out there." Am I missing something here? Covid is over, which would be the only reason I can think of to refuse my bad drinks, and I never asked for two flat drinks. I paid for two good drinks. What is she doing working the drive thru if she can't provide good customer service? Does she make every person get out of their car and throw away the trash she handed us in the first place? Just wondering.

  i asked for extra sauce and the girl decides to shive her hand into my bag while putting the sauce in and putting her nasty hands on my food and smooshing down while smiling at me. I would’ve gone back but it’s at night and i would be afraid she would have done something worse to my food.

  The new team has been really bad about making lots of mistakes on orders (missing items etc). And when you point it out it still takes another 2 attempts to get all the items. I know it's McDonald's but service has tanked dramatically the last few times at this location.
