Why not just put it in the bag with my food since it's bottled and sealed. It's frustrating to order through a delivery service and the store is the one that falls short on accuracy. It's obvious I couldn't drive there so it'd be VERY helpful if you could accurately fill the order.

After all, this is the beginning of lunch sales. Both sandwiches were warm (not hot), slightly crispy around the edges but soggy/moist breading-crust on the rest. There WAS crust, it’s just soggy now. They must precook well in advance of lunchtime and let it sit making for a warm sandwich & soggy crust. Unfortunately I see the same at many cfa restaurants. It’s hit or miss which is a shame for such a popular & premium priced restaurant chain. For a $4.99 sandwich I expect more. But with their success, it’s hard to see them care.
