  I came in late at night, close to closing time, and the staff were so welcoming. I have never had such a hospitable experience at a food chain in my life. Gianna, Annicia, Danny, Jerison, and John were so friendly and great to talk to despite being so close to closing time. At any other food chain, the employees are often upset when people come in so late! They even let my friends and I hang around after 10pm to finish our meals while they wrapped up in the kitchen and cleaned up the place!

  I really enjoy Cava’s salad bowls — they are consistently delicious, and I love being able to create a different combination every time. The food at this location was great as always. However, this particular restaurant was noticeably dirty during my visit. The tables were not cleaned, the lemonade station was messy, and the restrooms also needed attention. I would recommend putting a bit more effort into keeping the dining area clean, as it would greatly improve the overall experience.

  Food was delicious and very good service. Dining area and kitchen could've been a lot cleaner, but we visited toward the end of what may have been a busy dinner crowd, so maybe what we saw was not normal for this location. Will try again next time we are in the area.

  Went to this location today and was completely disappointed. This location has really gone down. They were out of almost everything and instead of waiting for refills they were scraping the bottom of all the containers. There was barely any brown rice and the server was scraping the bottom acting as if it was enough for a serving. I ordered double steak and what was at the bottom of the container was dark and dried out. It was disgusting looking and definitely was not enough for a double. The server tried to pass it off as if it was. The restaurant was filthy. The preparation area floor was so dirty- food and trash on the floor. Unfortunately, the dining area wasn’t much better. Tables were all dirty. Outside was ok except the trash can was so full people had stacked trash on top of the containers. Last visit for me at this location!

  1 star. Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Cava. They were extremely skimpy with everything—Crazy Feta cucumber, sumac slaw, romaine, pickled onions, tomato + onion… I’m not exaggerating when I say there were maybe 2 pieces of each. It felt like I was paying full price for scraps. On top of that, the bowl looked like a complete mess and somehow tasted even worse. Nothing was fresh or put together well it just felt sloppy and rushed. I’ve been to several Cava locations before, so I know what it’s supposed to be like, and this location doesn’t even come close. For the price you pay, this is honestly unacceptable. Would not recommend this location at all.
