  This food is AMAZING!! I truly love these types of bowls this food is sorta like chipotle but instead it is Mediterranean. I came here with my family when we were on the way to the airport to fly back to Seattle (our home) and we just HAD to stop here because everyone has been saying such good things about this place so we got our bowls (which were amazing btw) but the workers were making our bowls like they were in some sort of rush even though nobody was in line behind us? Overall this food is spectacular but the service not so much if they open cava in Seattle I will definitely try it! Totally recommend if you are a foodie 😋!

  CAVA is one of my favorite lunch spots, and that hasn’t changed, but after three consecutive pickup orders were botched, I’m done with the Chapel Hill location. The first two bowls were missing items. I contacted CAVA to share the feedback and received a free bowl, although I really just wanted to bring the repeated mistakes to their attention. After that, I ordered in person for a few weeks before deciding to try the app again yesterday. Unfortunately, the bowl I received was a cold, sloppy mess. I have never seen a CAVA bowl look so unappetizing or carelessly prepared. The employee who made it had to know it wasn’t acceptable. I still love CAVA, but three strikes and the Chapel Hill location is out. I won’t be returning.

  John, tasha, Olivia and Cesar make and serve the best food at Chapel Vill. Was a great comfortable atmosphere and had infectious energy. Great team!
