Completely rude employees, zero customer oriented service, the most hostile environment in the town to get a simple ice cream. Don’t take your kids there, otherwise you will regret going there it’s a fact. That large man definitely sabotaging the business. I hope the owner is not the same guy. Don’t go there If you don’t wanna get upset and humiliated.

I had the worst customer service in my life .. On a Mother’s Day , as a mom of 2 kids went to get ice cream and had to leave . From the moment we entered , we got into a bad attitude of not wanting to serve us ..
They were extremely rude.
Entire interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable. They made my day worst Mother’s Day …
Never again !!!

Stopped in to get some Ben but wont stop again. Not sure if the guy sitting on the chair at the register was breathing or not he never moved or said a word. The guy behind the counter never spoke until we did. Kinda rude for a B&J. Check your help whoever owns this store. U lost money last night.

Customer service is horrible here. The one guy just sat on his chair and didn’t bother to take our order. The other guy wouldn’t acknowledge we were there. By the time, they looked at us and still did not ask what we wanted, I said we would like a milk shake. He responded no shakes. Yes, it is hard to get help but if this is help, they might as well close.
