Nobody acts like they appreciate having a job here, forget about being friendly or smiling……Anyhow, I ordered coffee and politely asked the guy at the counter to steam the milk before putting in the coffee because the fridge milk will make it cold, without missing a beat he says no, its against the District managers rules unless i get a latte . I dont want a latte i want hot coffee , so he can but wont…the problem is they take cold milk out of the fridge and end up serving cold coffee, luke warm at best, so i went further down the road and that one was a worse situation for another review ….. I go to Richlands NC DD 3-4 times a week, it’s the opposite atmosphere and they will heat the milk so it’s not cold. And usually smile at paying customers. Managers set the tone!!!!!

She offered to even pay extra for the addition but was still refused. When asked what the reason was the young lady said that it was a policy choice made by the owner but wasn't able to articulate past that. Our aunt again offered to pay extra but was again refused. Seems like an asinine policy to have for no reason at all, especially when a customer is willing to pay the extra.
