    Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a simple wrap, it was messed up twice, finally they managed to put together the wrap which took 20 minutes despite the restaurant being completely empty. The finished wrap was completely cold despite it supposed to be in toasted. The employee was chatting with the coworker the entire time, pausing every ten second to continue the conversation as if we weren’t standing right there. Absolutely appalled by this customer service and it blows my mind that they tolerate this type of behavior in the workplace. Will not be going back.

    I called to change the time on my online order for 2 hours and no one answered. From 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm Saturday, 8/15. Update: I appreciate the response. The details you asked for have already been given. Yesterday I called for an hour and no one answered. This morning I called and no one answered. Having said that: I went to the location early so that I could make sure I got my order earlier than I requested--because no one answered the phone. I was very concerned that the customer service wouldn't be good because of some of the reviews I read. But I had a very good experience. The employees were very young--and clearly need guidance. :) But the one who helped me was very polite, attentive, and helpful. He wrote down my order and made sure it was accurate. I do believe that if I hadn't come to the store my order would not have been ready. When I told them what was happening, one of the workers specifically said he had no idea how to update my order. And it seemed as if they couldn't find the order I made online. But again, this seemed connected to how young they were. I had to tell them that all they had to do was make it earlier, since I was there. This seemed to be a revelation to them. lol. I liked them a lot. My food was perfect. My smoothie was perfect, and I got it in the time I wanted. I tried to change it from a 1 to a 4 but it's not showing. I'm taking off one point because I do hope you address the phone not being answered at all. Otherwise, I enjoyed it.

    idek wth they did to my flatbread. what is ts vro. dude at the back was also laughing as i was picking it up. js started pointing at me and talking to his friend. wasn’t greeted and experience was terrible

    The smoothies are really good but the service is terrible. We were there today and the bartender didn’t ask for the size, simply went ahead and chose the largest. They AC is set to freezing and at the moment of paying the paying machine was tampered to only accept payments with 15% tip. This is not OK. Paying tip must be optional and enforcing a 15% is simply wrong. This place is not recommended.
