  If I could give 0 stars I would’ve. The Inside of food establishment is absolutely filthy. Floors very dirty (not just “new” dirt, but “been-there-awhile” dirt), soda area is dirty, smelled of smokey food cooking, bathrooms dirty as well. If I hadn’t already ordered my food I would have left. I spoke to the manager and told him how dirty it was inside but he acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying. I hope I don’t get food poisoned.

  Drive thru order/mobile app. My quesadilla wasn’t cut. The chalupa shells were HARD AS ROCKS and completely inedible.

  Why even ask what sauce you would like if you’re just going to put whatever sauce you want in the bag, I love Taco Bell don’t get me wrong but this is the second time I’ve asked for only two specific kinds of sauce and when I asked if I could get more ( because I know they won’t get it right) they rudely tell me it’s already in the bag, but I always come home to the wrong sauces in the bag. I even asked the worker if he promises the right sauces are in the bag and he just told me to have a good night. As someone in the service industry and was once in the fast food industry just listen to your guest my god, why’s it so hard, I genuinely would like to know.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize the team for their excellent service today during my drive-through visit, especially while they were dealing with POS system issues. Despite the technical difficulties, the entire staff handled the situation with professionalism and patience. I’d like to specifically highlight Mary, the new assistant general manager, who did an outstanding job. She was very polite, accommodating, and genuinely apologetic for the inconvenience. More importantly, she demonstrated strong leadership skills. She remaining calm, organized, and clearly guiding her team through the situation. It was clear that the crew was in good hands under her direction.
