This corporate store is by far the worst in wake county. I get pizza at least once a week from papa johns. Since I drive door dash on side I have ordered from many different papa johns. Ever since they got this new manager everything has gone down hill. Nobody wears name tags as required as a corporate store. They hang up on you if you complain. Then call police if you ask for phone numbers to upper management. I will no longer get pizza with any papa johns my business will go to a locally owned business from now on.

Tristian customer service is horrible and to be rude as soon as you get to the counter after we stood there for few mins before we were even address is crazy the MOD Javon customer service wasn’t good at first until after he talked with the morning MOD on the phone her name was alley afterwards I inform Tristian he didn’t have to be rude all we wanted to know was did they have a menu in store because we weren’t familiar with papa John’s normally we eat dominos his respond was I’ll take that with a grain of salt no apology or sincerity to the situation as a manager of take 5 I wouldn’t allow any of our employees to treat anyone with such disrespect I honestly didn’t even want to spend my money anymore but I promised my kids pizza and you guys are right across the street that’s the only I continued to purchase the food and I waited till after I received my food to finish this review Tristian continued to be rude he gave the pizza I said thank you and his response was yea ready for you to go even another customer said something I honestly don’t know how he has a job better yet customer service job where you have to deal with people you never know what someone is going thru and to be rude while we are spending money to support is insane The pizza looked great the wings was supposed to be buffalo lol this is what their buffalo looks like few squirts of hot sauce on the top none on bottom

Always the best taste and pan pizza is the best. Consistent quality. Delivery fees getting ridiculous in us...

Visiting the area for camp. We did have a decent size order but nothing to complicated & we tipped. Upon pickup the cashier was rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not be using this location next time we are here.

I did not visit this location as a customer, but I wanted to mention a neighborhood concern. The music from this location was loud enough to disrupt the neighboring business next door, where I was receiving a foot massage. It made it difficult to relax. I hope they’ll consider being mindful of the volume since they share walls with other businesses.
