  I went to Panera to get a drink and a croissant. As soon as I walked in, there was an unpleasant smell in the seating area. While waiting, I noticed an employee preparing a croissant order for the drive-thru. The employee handled the croissant with his bare hands, placed it in the bag, then put his hands in his apron pockets, pulled out his phone from his pants pocket, and started texting before continuing to prepare another order. After seeing that, I decided not to order my croissant. I just grabbed my cup, made my drink, and left. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering food from there anymore.

  Worst Chicken noodle soup, completely disappointed. Soup is very watery and no flavor at all, management has to look up what’s going on here

  The food is good. They have a fun selection of flavors and breads. Good combinations of sauces are used on sandwiches. Their soups are great.

  Lazy employees!! Started off like she didn't want to take my order. As I placed a order and got to the window, I asked Sumaira to add a chocolate chip cookie to my order. Right away she said we don't have any. I felt like she wasn't telling the truth. I had to pull over and park got out of my car went inside to the bakery a full display of chocolate chip cookies. I spoke with the manager on duty he was concerned about what happened. If you don't want to work stay home. 2/24/2026 at 12:12 I'll go to wegmans for now on since these employees are lazy.

  There were multiple short black hairs in the baked potato soup. One hair could be overlooked but there were 4 hairs in the first 2 spoonfuls, so I didn’t continue to see if there would be more.
