First time that this place wasn't up to par. They are usually great in all areas guess tonight they must of swapped cooking crews with the one in Garner. Food was mediocre 😕, service was fantastic and the manager took care of the dinner that was messed up more than once. Won't stop me from going again but will definitely ask if they have the item before ordering the next visit.

The service was good, the food needed work. The prime rib I asked for rare came out med well, then I get told all they have is med well, well because they over cooked it.. My company orders the sirloin rare came out well, they made a new one. The new one came out perfectly rare, but the taste was sour with a bad after taste. Everything was cold before it came out We got a cheese cake it was dry wasn't even moist . It was my daughters sweet sixteen, it was a shame .

Horrible experience (3 times in a row)! Food took 90 minutes to come out. Mind you, my 7 year old daughter waited that long for a grilled cheese and sliced oranges. 3 tables received their food before us. Explained to the manager (owner apparently) the frustrations and the fact that this particular location has went downhill and she proceeded with passive aggressive comments and unnecessary commentary not relevant to the poor service instead of doing what a good GM (owner) would do and fix the problem. She persisted by referring to me as “rude” in front of her restaurant, my kids, and the fellow patrons around us further embarrassing herself and proving why this location of an ever so falling off chain restaurant is worst of the worst. Completely unprofessional, clearly needs to take a class in pleasing the customers, and was unapologetic on the numerous mistakes made by her, her wait staff and the kitchen. She rather to chose to tell me that she was a “single mom” when I asked her if she had kids. Apparently, she was more concerned with telling her story than focusing on business. We will NOT be returning ever. I encourage anyone looking to eat at an Outback chain to find a different location and RUN from this one and the poorly ran one establishment lead by no other than the triggered Kim. Best of luck to you when you go out of business by 2028. The ship has sunk and there’s no saving it.

The waitress and hostess both came across as unfriendly and lacked any personality. After placing our order, it took about an hour for our food to arrive. I ordered the Big Bowl Salad, which the menu describes as coming with mixed greens, but it was served with iceberg lettuce instead. I also chose the steak, for my protein, cooked medium-red, but it was tough and simply not enjoyable to eat. I sent it back and chose not to eat. I’ve been here several times over the years and, have never had a good experience. I don’t understand why people wait to eat here.
