  my personal experience was fine. The staff responsibilities seem unorganised. I'm sure they are trying to squeeze as much as they can from the small amount employees they have. a customer should not have to wait and be told " I have other orders Infront of yours and I'll get to you soon." when he was the only person in line. he left and I don't blame him.

  I was the 1st customer of the day and ordered a #6. The coffee had to be recycled from the day before— so bad! Also the hash brown was soaked in old grease, so bad! The checkout person didn’t smile or say thankyou until I said thank you first. No customer service at 6AM- know before you go. The food went out the window since it was not edible. Can’t even eat the food.

  Luke warm chicken nuggets and undercooked fries. Very disappointed 😞 I am unable to share additional details on the link provided as I do not know the store number, due to the fact that no receipt was provided by the Kiosk in store. I ordered through the kiosk in store a portion of 10 nuggets, medium fires and a drink. No receipt was provided by the kiosk, but the order number was 848. I waited for the order and saw a bag with a ticket showing my number on it. An associate told me that they were just waiting on the fries. Once I was given the order and returned to my car, I discovered that the fries were soggy, bendy and undercooked and the chicken nuggets were luke warm at best. Had it not been pouring with rain I would have gone back inside to complain. I was very dissatisfied.

  Lots of great food, The coffee is always fresh.
