  I got the Vito sandwich. You would think they would put meat and cheese on my sandwich but no!! I got Mayo, lettuce and hot peppers. Not a single slice of meat and cheese. That omission feels more intentional than accidental.

  Had placed a catering order for pickup. Man working register helped customer in front of me, then completely ignored me and walked to the back. No apology or greeting, seemed annoyed that i didn't know my order was in the back on a shelf. We're supposed to get napkins ourselves from behind the counter now? Very disappointed in customer service here, used to be great before 2020.

  We love this place. Sandwiches are a little smaller than the ones at JM's, but you get what you pay for and won't go away hungry. The place is clean and the service is quick, the people are friendly, the music is good.
