  Rip Off!!! Not sure why the staff think it’s okay to ripoff people placing online orders but they’ve done it to us a couple times now. I’m taking a paper thin amount of protein every time. That’s not the experience I expect from Jimmy John’s. Very disappointing.

  Mobile ordered 20 min before I got there, my order was crumbled up by the register. Waited another 15 min to get my food. Very UN-JJ like

  Ordered lunch for a few people at the office. Placed the order at 11:10am. The food was not delivered until 1:20pm. Called at 12:30 to see if the food was ever coming and they told us they hadn't left the location. The office is less than three miles from the location. Additionally they forgot to bring one of the sandwiches, the first one placed in the order. Do not recommend ordering delivery from this location. There are alternative sandwich options that are better suited for large orders for an office.

  Very good sub as usual. Service was fast, also as usual, but a little weird on communication. Place was clean with music playing.

  Great service! I accidentally selected easy on all toppings instead of heavy and they remade my sandwich for me.
