I even spoke with a manager by the name of jeffrey , who seemed very condescending when I was expressing concern about a product that I bought at his store and he made it sound as if I had to go to this whole ordeal to prove that I actually bought the product from that store in order to return it. As a manager, should you not know what products are in your store? When I mentioned the product that I needed to return , he said he had never heard of this product in his life. I recently also had to return packs of water and got the same condescension and attitude. I don't understand why people have to behave this way? No consideration for their customers. And I'm the type of person who calls out mistreatment on staff from customers. I'll find another store to shop at.
