- OTOscar Haggist Toledo5 days ago1.0Dear Dunkin' Management / Customer Care Team, My husband made a purchase at this location on September 10, 2026, for $15.66, paid using my credit card. During his interaction at the drive-thru, the male employee on duty made explicit, sexually suggestive, and unwarranted remarks toward him. In a seductive and completely offensive tone. This specific Dunkin' store is the only one near our home. However, due to this alarming behavior, we have stopped going altogether. We would like to return as regular customers, but we refuse to do so as long as this employee remains working at this location. Furthermore, if the employee is not disciplined or terminated and we receive no response from management, we will proceed with appropriate legal action to report this behavior.

Coffee came out with no muffin so we reminded server about the blueberry muffin. He went and got the muffin, put it in a bag and we drove away. I opened the bag and it was NOT a blueberry muffin, it was some sort of cinnamon muffin. The drive through line went very slowly.
