How is this place open?!?!?! 1 large coffee 2 sugar 2 cream, 2 glazed donut...all for me to wait 25 min in the drive through. If the area was big enough i would have gotten out of line. Edit- never got my 2 donuts, went inside and showed my mobile order- all for them to argue with me about the order - like seriously how incompetent are you people....i forgot im talking to a fast food worker.

Now will be late to work. This Dunkin needs to do a better job at not only service but entry and exit ways for the drive thru. I have also had my order made wrong multiple times at this location.

Tell me how this girl comes out I said OK since I paid for it it’s fine. She comes out and hand me this coffee that has milk in it and sugar after I asked for no milk and sugar and then I said well, can you remake my cold brew with just a flavor shot of blueberry and she handed me a regular iced coffee and not a cold brew. I have never been so frustrated for a freaking coffee in my entire life, but I will have to say that this Dunkin is terrible. I also find it extremely frustrating that it takes two minutes to pour a cold brew and out of flavor shot, and there were no customers, and I sat and waited for 10 minutes with no line I sat at the window. I do not recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts ever my coffee. It taste like tap water like it was just shook in with coffee grounds and then poured into a cup. I am terribly disgusted with this location of Dunkin’ Donuts.
