- SLSteve LakenJun 15, 20261.0I asked for my usual order, which is a refresher with a little bit of extra sweetener in it because I do not think they make it sweet. I have done this before at many Duncan where they have altered my drink to my making even offering to pay extra. The lady who took my order at the window was extremely rude and was telling me I cannot have my drink the way I want even though I am the one paying for it. It was a young lady with dark hair and she needs to learn a better customer service skip out on this Dunkin

Kids working behind the counter, they hurry up and make your food and its always cold, even though no one else is even in the restaurant. Horrible service! Nothing ever gets done I don't think these reviews are ever read.

- KKKyraMay 13, 20261.0I ordered in the mobile app this morning, arrived to the store and went through drive through, got to the window and they told me they didn’t get my order, which is crazy because it charged me and I showed them the order and the confirmation, and they refused to make my food and coffee. They said I would need to call customer service for a refund. I called customer service and they refused to help me as well. I even offered to send them the confirmation that it was approved on my bank account. I did everything I could to prove to them it was charged, and they would not help because on their end it showed no order, but on mine it showed ordered and store number and it took the amount from my account. So I am out the money and didn’t get what I paid for and the store, nor the corporate office is willing to even meet me half way here. I have proof it was charged to my account.
