First time at any Dave & Buster's. Disappointed. Had an issue with my play card tonight 10/23/26. I asked the guy working on prizes about my card issue. He was smiling really, really weird and mumbling low. Finally after I kept saying I'm sorry I can't hear you so he called for the manager. Manager fixed my problem switched my card for another with chips instead of all day play. My mistake on selecting an option on the kiosk which I find to be difficult navigating. He gave me less the amount of tickets for the price I paid which didn't correspond to the chart next to the register. I assume convenience fee. Then for some reason one of the attendants followed me around and after 5 turns around the machines I stopped and turned to him/her and said please after you. Was very awkward. I was in and out after playing a few games within 20 minutes.

FIRST AND FOREMOST, There's no way this place isn't KILLING IT. And that's even with it being absolutely dead in there. So hats off to whomever is in charge of portion control in their kitchen. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Alfredo and was handed a portion of noodles that didn't even fill half of the bowl/plate. This was accompanied by the saddest little chicken "thing" on top of it. Suppose to be a chicken breast but clearly they buy frozen processed B.S. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't go back even if it were free. Sad af. However!!.... The bartender was lovely, polite and accommodating as I'm sure she could be given the amount of higher ups that are present, all of which clearly are collecting free checks. (They literally were just micromanaging everyone cause there wasn't more than 5 people in there) Just....... Do BETTER! Sad sad sad

The staff was able to work with my allergy. Brian the chef checked on me after the food came out. Grace made sure the order came in with information about my needs. Couldn't be happier!

Grace was extremely attentive and kind during our meal! Food was quick to come out and tasty. We also needed assistance with a receipt and the manager Von was quick to solve our problem!

My brother with special needs and his friend Emily come here often and always have an excellent time and it is so close to LensCrafters. Thank you for treating my family so well and stay blessed. Hope to come here myself with friends.
