  I had such a blast. It was so much fun. Everyone was so nice and friendly. So an inviting place for family and kids. The game tech Ritter, was so helpful when one of the games broke and did his best to help me out. The manager Caroline was very helpful in explaining how the game cards worked. Will definitely be going back and I definitely recommend going.

  Machine broke whenever we are about to get big bonus. Spent so much $ here but not satisfied because so many error machines. Maybe the management setting this up to make more $ out of customers

  Today was a really bad experience. The food was poor, and the service to my family and me was even worse. When we asked our waitress about the promotion, she couldn’t explain it clearly, so she had to send another waitress to help. When we ordered our food, they made a mistake and brought us dishes that weren’t ours. After that, we waited about an hour for our food. When we asked for the check, we found out we had been charged for two $24.99 promotions, even though we only ordered one. We had also ordered another entrée separately, but it never arrived, and we never received the two game cards that were supposed to come with the promotion. It’s not that I don’t have the money to pay for what we ordered. The issue is the poor service. When we told the waitress that we were unhappy with the service, she laughed in a way that felt like she was making fun of us. I don’t think that’s an appropriate way to treat customers. I believe your staff needs better training.

  Not for kids!!!! Not safe!! First time visitor, I bought a couple tickets for my son and I. My son and I went and played a few games, some were broken, like the clown throw game. The trouble happened when we tried to play air hockey (my sons favorite) we waited for a couple to finish for a good while, as we went to take our turn, there were two people who cut right in front. They were near another machine halfway through our waiting. When I tried to pay the man started to argue with me in front of my young boy and then started to get aggressive and to raise his voice. I walked away but then went to management. The first manager seemed empathetic and seemed ready to give me a refund but then we waited and spoke with Vaughn (another manager) we explained the situation again to him. I again asked if we could get a refund because we barely started out and my son was visibly upset. He explained because I already started playing he couldn’t offer me a refund. Maybe an icecream instead. He asked how he could get us to return, I explained to him there’s no way I was coming back as this place didn’t seem safe for kids, and he made clear to me I would not be getting a refund. It’s hard to believe a place with games and kid rides would be full of grown adults. Not safe for my family and to top it all off, as I was walking out there’s loud music in the parking lot and the stench of fresh weed. Wow, this is wild. Be safe about coming here

  Okay...my grandson wanted to go here. It was a request before getting out of bed this morning. I searched online and called to verify information. We arrived and NO one to greet you at the door and provide information and or directions. Walking around looking for someone. Went to counter of prizes and they themselves were skeptical about information and for the 2 cards that I had already purchased. We decided to eat before playing since we had an hour drive. The food was very salty!!! Fries were cold! And the celery looked bad, old and wildered with color changed. Service was very slow and not professional customer service focused. Husband stopped the waiter and we got a bowl of hot fries light on the salt and better looking celery. Was never offered refill on drinks, spouse went to the area and asked. I went to same area and asked for a box to take my food and the check. The woman looked at me like I was an interruption of what she was doing. I purchased via online 2 cards.. summer pass (which by the way was a wasted) it was only used for % of check. Couldn't be used for the games.. So to summarize our day, it was a good day for my grandson and I have nothing positive to say.
