  Caroline, Mike, Krystal, and Maria de Castro are amazing their customer service is amazing and they are so hard working. And this location is amazing the food is so good and this place is always in tip top shape! I always enjoy coming with family, friends, and for work!

  I stopped by Dave & Buster’s in Cary while on break and had such a great experience I had to leave a review! From the moment I walked in, Carolyn the manager greeted me with a warm smile, got me seated quickly, and grabbed my drink order right away. Excellent first impression! Since I was on a teacher related lunch break, I ordered the No-Kick Blueberry Mule mocktail — made with blueberry, premium citrus sour, Owen’s ginger beer, and lime — and WOW. It was perfectly balanced, super refreshing, and honestly one of the best mocktails I’ve had in a while. The blueberry flavor popped without being overly sweet, and the ginger beer gave it the perfect crisp finish. Tyler absolutely crushed it behind the bar. Friendly, attentive, and clearly knows how to deliver top-tier service while keeping the atmosphere fun and welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I also ordered the bar burgers and buffalo wings. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and that sauce on them was seriously addictive. The buffalo wings were fried to perfection — crispy on the outside, hot and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of kick. The atmosphere was energetic without being overwhelming, the music and vibes were on point, and the teamwork among the staff really stood out. John came by several times to check on me and make sure everything was good, which I really appreciated. That kind of teamwork and customer service makes all the difference. Overall, this location knows how to make guests feel welcome. Great food, amazing drinks, awesome service, and a fun atmosphere. Tyler, John, and Carolyn made this visit exceptional. I’ll definitely be back!

  Jordan was my server a little while back, can’t remember when, and the service was just utterly atrocious. The food took forever though the place was damn near empty— my buddy saw him chatting literally as we’ve been waiting for 30+ minutes. Didn’t even clear our table for dessert. He was terrible at his job. Lucky the food wasn’t bad. This dude needs to be retrained ASAP, I’ve never seen a server that bad.

  If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We bought a 35$ card and at least six of the games we played were broken. We had to get staff to come and fix it. When they did, they used their card and we didn't receive our tickets for the game. Games were down. Very disappointed. We had to keep playing the same games because the rest weren't working.

  We’ve been to this Dave & Buster’s location in Cary multiple times, and unfortunately there are consistent issues—especially with bar service. We travel to different Dave & Buster’s locations and even had Gold Cards back in the day, so we know the standard. This location just doesn’t meet it. Most recently (Sunday around 7 PM, not busy), we sat at a bar with maybe 8 people total and still waited over 25 minutes to be properly helped. This is now the third issue we’ve had with a bartender named “Tibbs.” He interrupted our order for IDs, disappeared, helped other guests, then came back confused about our order. Drinks were forgotten, re-asked multiple times, and after 40+ minutes I still never received mine. At that point, I asked to pay and leave. A manager stepped in, which I appreciate, but it should never have gotten that far—especially with such a slow bar. Beyond timing, Tibbs was abrasive and not personable, and we noticed similar interactions with other guests. Bartenders set the tone, and this completely kills the experience. It’s frustrating because this is our home location, but every visit seems to have the same result. At this point, it feels like a pattern, not a one-off.
