- KHkyle hathcockSep 11, 20261.0I went in to get a chicken bowl. After he added the chicken, I asked if I could pay for double meat. He then added less than half of another scoop. I asked if that was really considered double meat because it was barely any extra. Instead of answering, he immediately changed the subject and started talking about having a headache. I just said whatever and let it go. I honestly wasn’t even planning on leaving a bad review over it, but then I opened my chips and cheese and the cheese container wasn’t even half full. If I’m paying extra for double meat and paying for chips and cheese, I expect to actually get what I’m paying for. Very disappointing experience.

Every time I come in here, there are two people cooking or adding food to the line and one person to make burritos. So one customer takes forever to get their order. And then the same line person rings you up. All other chipotles I have been too typically go fast and have three people on the line. Corporate needs to do something about how this Chipotle operates because they could be waiting on way more customers. I see people leave the line, swing by and see a line and leave.

Why not just close at 9pm if you are aren't going to have everything available? Employees look at you like you have 3 eyes when you ask why they aren't making any fresh new food.

They were out of a lot of products which would need to be cooked and the portion sizes were unbelievable. I understand normal portions but I get a lot of different things in my bowl and the bowl was very small. Didn’t even fill me up when usually I get full with a little left. Also the root beer I got was disgusting there was absolutely no syrup in it at all. Looks like root beer but got home and drank it and absolutely no flavor. This place needs a lot of work and better management with training. Do better please. Waste of my money.
