  The food was good. The service was good. It was a little noisy in there, but I guess that’s to be expected at lunchtime with a lot of people eating lunch there.

  I’ve ordered from this location twice now. Both times the chips were stale and the guacamole was already browning when I received it. This time they messed up my order too. Go to a different location if you can.

  I come to this location often for lunch on a work break, sometimes multiple times a week because chipotle is one of the only places I can eat for lunch, as they claim to be allergy friendly. I order online so that I can see all of the nutritional and allergen information, and I make sure to put "DAIRY ALLERGY" in my name. When I pick up my order, I do not have a problem asking for fresh guacamole because there's a lot of cross contamination. When most servers see "dairy allergy", they'll get fresh guac that's not contaminated with cheese. Im usually in and out in 5 minutes, even if I have to order at the counter. Today that was not the case. Today I came in just before my order was started so they started making it right there. I reminded them I had a dairy allergy, and then reminded the server making my bowl of it too. He said he knew, but I watched him fill my cup and bowl with guacamole that was contaminated with cheese. I showed him, I pointed it out, and the response I got was "it's just a little bit, why did you even order online?". I told him I could get sick and die, and I was treated like it was too much to ask for fresh ingredients. It has never taken the other servers more than a minute to grab something fresh, and if you're going to work for a company that claims to be allergy friendly don't treat your customers like this. Everyone else working on that line apologized other than the server who said that crap, and he could've finished my order and the other customers if he respected my words before he even started the order.

  I had a frustrating experience with this Chipotle location and the app/customer support experience. I tried to use my rewards points for dinner, but after redeeming the points, the app would not let me actually apply the reward to my order. When I contacted support, I was told there was a temporary lock on the reward due to a glitch and that I would not be able to use it for 12 hours. That is incredibly frustrating when you are trying to use a reward for a specific meal, especially after the points have already been redeemed. I ended up placing the order at full price. When I picked it up, there was no Chipotle vinaigrette in the bag. When I asked an employee about it, he simply said they were out. I understand restaurants run out of items, and that alone is not the issue. The issue is that this has happened multiple times at this location, and there is no communication when the order is handed out. The order is marked complete and ready to go, but the guest has no idea something is missing unless they check the bag themselves or ask. As someone who works in restaurants, I know things happen. But when an item is unavailable, it should be communicated to the guest at pickup, not discovered after the fact. If I had gotten home before realizing it was missing, I would have had no way of knowing until it was too late. I also tried to address the missing side through the app in a reasonable way, but was told I was not eligible for any compensation. Between the rewards glitch, having to pay full price, the missing item, and the lack of communication, this was a really disappointing experience.
