- JLJordan LeeSep 10, 20265.0Y'all this was the best chipotle I have experienced in a LONG time. The manager Nae Nae and the new hire Osmar took my order as well as my friends. They were not only super helpful, but they also laughed and joked. The place was insanely clean too. I never leave reviews and I NEVER tip at places where I know they're paid by the hour, but today I did. Amazing job if y'all are reading this.

- APAdam PulleyAug 24, 20261.0Management should really focus on screening applicants and hiring professional, customer-service-oriented staff. The experience at this location was extremely disappointing. Three employees were standing around trying to operate one register while the lobby was dirty and the atmosphere was loud and chaotic. I was especially uncomfortable watching the way the employees treated a very kind Hispanic woman working the line. Instead of helping create a welcoming environment, the interaction came across as disrespectful and unnecessarily confrontational. The uniforms were unkempt, the lobby needed attention, and the constant loud talking and joking made it difficult to enjoy a meal. Management needs to take a serious look at the staffing, cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service at this location. Customers deserve much better.
- MVMartin VictorAug 20, 20261.0Smallest scoop of chicken and rice Ive ever seen on a burrito, asked for more and the assembly line ALL of them were filled with attitude and stingier with the rice and chicken than I am with my money and im a broke college student. Absolutely disgusting customer service and portions. Walked out of the store while making my burrito after seeing maybe 13 of the most rinky dink pieces of chicken in the world. Never going here again and I advise you yo at most chose a different location. Unfortunate the one good food option near me is filled with incompetent workers, genuinely need a whole new crew of staff everything was so bad. Genuinely made me want to shoot myself in the head to express my pure frustration of this establishment
