I asked for brown rice which there wasn’t much left, worker proceeded to give me the last that was left which wasn’t even two full scoops. After asking for more rice I was notified that it would be a 30 minute wait which I was okay with waiting on and the worker sounded disappointed after I agreed to wait instead of picking white rice. I went back to see if the rice was ready and the worker was very rude stating how I waited 15 minutes with an attitude . I will be contacting corporate on this establishment.

I can never get basic items at the drink station because it’s never refilled and every time I go there I have to ask an employee for something. The customer service makes this place even harder to recommend. Many of the employees come across as rude and unprofessional instead of friendly or helpful. In general, this restaurant doesn’t seem to be well-maintained, and the lack of cleanliness including the poor service makes it challenging to come back.
