- JJJune5 days ago1.0Didn’t get to try anything cause when we walked in (me and my daughter) on 5/15 we weren’t acknowledged or greeted. There were two associates working we could see in the front. One was in the bakery display, my daughter asked about one of the doughnuts ( a chance for the associate to greet us and tell us what it was and say they would be with us in a moment) the other associate looked me in the eye and didn’t even smile or say something along the lines of “we will be with you in a moment” I think they were working the drive thru as they had a headset on and was making a drink it looked like. As we were walking out I hear over my shoulder “ are yall ready to order?” Yeah I didn’t acknowledge the as I thought it appropriate to deliver the same energy I got when I walked in. Me and my daughter went to Soul Cups instead. Point being, if you don’t make your customers feel welcome they won’t come or stay. I don’t expect a red carpet but you could at least have said hi and you would be with us in a moment, instead of just ignoring us.
