  When it's good, it's great, but most visits I regret. Today was the last time I'll go to this place. There was only one person in front of me in line (it's normally much busier) and it still took just over 10 minutes to get two bagels. Both of which were missing something, mine was missing the honey Sriracha cream cheese (only mentioning because how do you miss arguably the most important part of an order??). Just go to lafarm next door.

  This morning after waiting over 20 mins for 2 bagels with cream cheese I opened the bag to find both are undersized, completely squished, have basically no cream cheese on them. Totally disappointed. I would’ve honestly made them re make it had I checked before leaving.

  Don't like the new system where you pay $$ and wait for the order,,, customizations are lost in the wind. Going to find some better place to have my bagels.. this is not a rocket science! ....bi bi...

  Kat is a superstar!!! She gave recommendations when they were out of the bagel I normally get with my order and she also showed me how to sign up for the rewards program I wasn’t apart of! New fav location
