  I’ve always had a great experience with this location. The bagels are boiled fresh and top-notch every time I order. I recently had my first issue with an order, and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to correct it and make me feel like a valued customer. I was starting to believe that great customer service had become almost nonexistent in most establishments over the past few years, but Jenn, Kat & Team Preston have changed my mind. I can’t thank you all enough for the hard work, amazing customer service, and great food! I’ll be ordering again tomorrow morning! If you want an amazing bagel, head right over to this location!

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I come at 11:30 am on a thursday (open 6-2) and it is closed. I call their number and check the web site but no one answered and the website said normal hours today. There is a sign on the door that says “we will not be opening on time” but it appears they won’t be opening at all. Many people with the same problem have walked by and came to the same frustrating conclusion. Now i must go home without a bagel but instead a burning hatred for brueggers bagels.

  Had a pickup order, it was ready when I picked it up and a staff member said good morning to me. Place was also clean and smelled great.

  All my bagles were burnt on the bottom what a shame. I’m so tired to this place the newish owners are terrible place has REALLY gone down hill.
