  I have been seeing this location on my drive to work decided to stop today for a bagel. The bagel was FRESH and tasted great. Shout out to Zyan for her exceptional customer service! I will surely to return!

  very nice experience with the nice lady’s at this location. service was quick and effective. also the older woman with the blue eyes was specifically very silly and nice to talk to 😁.

  We have been frequent this bagel shope for 30 years. It has changed management many, many times. The current manager is doing a terrible job. The wait is long, the staff is not efficient or very friendly. The bagels arent bad, its completely the service. Ill trained staff. Example, one Sunday I was there and the staff were discussing their tip money and how it needed to be divided up. This was happening while the dining area was pretty full and customers were waiting for their orders. It went on for several minutes before a manager who was present the whole time prior, realized it was inappropriate. Please get this location some help. They desperately need it.

  Service at this location was outstanding. Friendly staff, and Great food. Didn't know what I wanted, and the lady behind the counter chose and fixed me an outstanding bagel

  Love Brueggers but a worker that was a lady coughing nonstop does not need to be around food to say the least
