  It's been many years since visiting Bonefish. We usually had good experiences, just hadn't been back. Decided to try out the social hour specials we saw mentioned online but couldn't find details of the offers and the hours. Went to the front desk at the restaurant and the employee said social hours are only weekdays. I pointed to the sign that says everyday and he changed his answer. We sat at the bar and was greeted by our waiter. He explained the social hour offers. We tried two cocktails but decided to order food from the regular menu. Since we were seated in the bar we could watch the bartender making our drinks. Honestly, seemed like she didn't really know what she was doing but they tasted ok. The bang bang shrimp was as good as ever and the Caesar salad was still good but the pecan encrusted rainbow trout wasn't anything like it used to be and the mashed potatoes tasted like instant. Overall, the staff, other than our waiter, just didn't seem to know what they were doing. And when our bill came my cocktail was at a higher price than on the menu card on the table. I pointed it out to our waiter who went to get it corrected. Whoever he went to had no idea so the waiter came back to the table to grab the menu card. This place clearly needs better management and training for their staff. Not what it used to be. Shortly after posting this review they responded with this generic generated response. Clearly no one actually read my review.

  ★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately, my experience at Bonefish Grill was pretty disappointing. The tables were dirty when we arrived, and the wait for our food was much longer than expected. When the food finally came, it was pretty average and didn’t really justify the price or the wait. Recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend Bonefish Grill based on this experience. I’d suggest trying somewhere else unless the restaurant improves its cleanliness, wait times, and food quality.

  Go there and sit and the bar. Food is always good. But last several times we have gone the service was awful. The problem is one bartender serves the bar and the service bar. We wait a long time to get served, plates cleared and get coffee. Something shifted there.

  The atmosphere was really cool, and the good was delicious, but my waiter Richard was awful!!! His attitude dry, not very friendly and not helpful at all when I was having issues signing up for the rewards program that he suggested!!! If I ever return I would definitely ask not to have him as a waiter! HE WAS TERRIBLE!!!

  Today was my first time at Bonefish Grill, where I went with my guests, and I had an amazing experience. Upon arrival, Alexis warmly welcomed us with a smile, and Rich, who was our server, patiently explained the menu to us in great detail. While we were there, Andrew, the restaurant manager, personally asked us about the quality of the service, and Amber and Barbara were also very kind to us. This restaurant and its management and staff truly have a wonderful and friendly vibe, and I thank them for the great experience and the excellent, high-quality food. Everything was flawless and of the highest quality.
