  Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. What an absolutely lazy incompetent, unprofessional, and unwelcoming staff. You ask them a normal question and they just stare and don't even say anything. I said thank you, nothing. I asked about the sauce, nothing. Just wow. Like why are we not communicating IN THE RESTAURANT?! Nobody's forcing anybody to work there but what I don't want is someone who don't even wanna be there making my food. They messed up my order and I didn't realize until I got home. I drove back to get the rest and by that time the doors were locked. Mind you I called and told him that I was coming right back. Y'all couldn't find better staff or are y'all just desperate? And if you close at 10:00 why are the doors locked at 9:00? Oh I know why, to keep from having to actually do their job. Throw the whole place away 🗑️

  Food, service, and cleanliness was very good on point. Bathroom looked nice and very clean.

  Ordered a 3pc Supreme DNR for my child as dine in. This meal comes with 3pcs of chicken, fries and a biscuit. He had a cup of water with ice. Nothing else. At the end I was charged with Fixin Upcharge and extra $1.85. Not huge amount, but we didn’t modify anything, nor had any substitutions for anything to be up charged for! This simply shouldn’t be there! Wondering if this was a human error or every customer is getting this extra charge by “accident”. That can bring hundreds of extra dollars a day for the place…on every customer’s expense. If I go back there next time I definitely want clarification on this. Holding on this receipt from today.

  Aysheh was amazing but it was heartbreaking to see her outside without a fan or even water to drink. If you are going to be like Chick Fil A you might want to go all the way with it. The person who gave me my food snatched her credit card reader out and I was planning on paying cash. All in all I was happy to have my Cajun filet biscuit as we don’t have Bojangles in our area anymore.
