For $98, I got mashed up, dry mac and cheese, tenders so hard no one could bite through them, no sauces, old disgusting chicken breasts, cold hard biscuits, and dry rice full of hard, undercooked grains. The only things consistent about this place is that they take forever to give you ancient food. I hope this store goes out of business - it would serve them right.

Literally worst Bojangles goes experience I’ve ever had. No wonder they’re always hiring this sorry excuse of a manager drives everyone away. Also how are you not going to have food items ready on a slow afternoon? Did you eat them all?? I wish I got your name but you’re surprisingly smart enough to flip your name tag around. Anywho not to blame the actual workers they were very nice and understanding. Anyways it’s been 17 minutes since we ordered our food she said 5 min wait. if yall want this place to succeed, start by firing her. Thanks.

I did get another one after.. they wanted me to take a picture of the sandwich that wasn’t cooked lol … two days later i came back to get another sandwich & told them i never received a refund after being told that I would - They basically deny my claim argued in front of me while customers were in line waiting for their food in the middle of the lunch, rush about a sandwich that was raw never in my life. Have I ever been in an establishment like this
- EGEmma GrundenJun 17, 20262.0writing this from my bathroom either with food poisoning or being sick from the food received from this location. my fiancée ordered 4 cajun filet biscuits, only one of which have currently been eaten because i ate and on the last few bites, i bit into the chicken and immediately spit it out because the last portion of the filet was UNDERCOOKED. pink and soft like severely undercooked. i immediately felt ill, so my fiancée didn’t even get to eat because we both lost appetite the moment i spit out the raw bite. i ATE THE ENTIRE FILET OTHERWISE. we have not checked the other three biscuits but i don’t know if it’s even worth it. whoever was working last night did a trash job cooking and now my chronically ill self has another health thing to deal with as i’m literally in the bathroom at 5 AM dealing with this. disappointed. EDIT TO ADD: I went in person to receive a refund and showed the uncooked meat. I am superbly grateful for how Rosy handled the situation both over the phone when I called and in person. The service of the staff is great so I do have faith that they’ll be able to resolve any issues other customers come into.
