No unsweet tea up front the whole time, and had to wait 15 minutes for fresh bo rounds when we had originally been told they were available
- AHAdam HaggertyJun 27, 20261.0I ordered the new Fuego burrito. I was told it would take 7-8 minutes, and I said, "That's fine. I'll wait." While waiting, I ate an egg biscuit. When I received the food, I took a couple of bites, but the outside was dripping with hot sauce, so I wiped it off. Before my third bite, I had to stop. It was incredibly spicy. My nose ran and eyes watered heavily. I eat spicy food regularly, but this was beyond intolerable. To manage the spice, I bought water and two plain biscuits. When I picked them up, I put $50 on the counter and said, "If you make another burrito like the one I just ate, and I watch you eat it, I will pay you $50." One employee responded mockingly, "Oh, was that too spicy for you?" She offered to remake it, but deeply troubled by her behavior, I declined. Realizing she had basically poisoned the burrito on purpose, I threw it away. Concerned she tampered with the rest of the food, I also threw away 3 untouched chicken biscuits, and left.

Ashley and Bri were very polite in getting my order together. I had a bad experience at this Bojangles before but I am thankful that these employees were pleasant and very helpful. I will come back to Bojangles because of these employees.

- SBSj BoyteMay 20, 20261.0I haven’t ate my food yet but the customer service is horrible I walked in to pickup a mobile order no customers inside the building at all no body at the register I’m thinking okay whatever nobody is eating in no body needed to be at register might be just a min no big deal I walked down to the pickup spot had employees walk past me blatantly ignoring me for 5 minutes before I even got asked what I’m waiting on or needed this restriction wasn’t busy the drive through did have a couple cars but was not backed up the service was horrible and I doubt I’ll ever go back
