It feels like they just want to sell customers whatever they feel like selling instead of what’s actually available. Very disappointing experience.
- JPJeff Porter6 days ago4.0We live in Southern Pines and stopped going to the closest Bojangles in Aberdeen. It is the worst Bojangles in the country. We went to this location today to dine in. Carthage Bojangles was much cleaner, nice staff, food great. They were however, out of coleslaw (What????). We were leaving right before they changed shifts, and noticed all dining room trash receptacles were slam full and food and trash all over the counter top that holds the trash bins. So, either the shift that served us DID NOT clean the dining room before they went home, or the next shift that came in DID NOT make it a top priority to clean up the dining room for any and all patrons. Everyone of the Bojangles patrons should enjoy a clean, sanitary, and pleasant dining experience, right? To management; maybe either the shift going off, or the shift coming on should make it a priority to clean the dining room, NO excuses! But the worst customer mistake made was when we left, my wife went over and in a nice and friendly voice let them know about the trash. The response given was, "This shift just got here." My wife said, "I understand, but where do customers leave their trash"? NO REPLY. 😢
