- BSBuddha SavageJul 27, 20262.0I usually never have a problem with Food Lion anywhere ever. I shop them all over NC. My girlfriend and I arrived around 1005 and the manager kindly informed us that there was a power outage and it would be a few minutes. After a few minutes we got an update of 15 mins. When we arrived the lights were already on and the process of restarting had already begun. We waited until 1020 and saw several customers approach the locked automatic doors with no customer service or a sign informing them of the information we had recieved. Another round of customers show up and the manager is outside this time and tells them its going to be (another) 15-20 more minutes. I would have preferred an I don't know to a unsubstantiated guess. I wouldn't have waited 15 mins if I would have been told "we really have no idea how long this is going to take"

Clean place, wide variety of everything, especially gluten free options, fresh produce, and good deals on things like rotisserie chicken, sushi, and noce flowers. Too many plastic bags though. Boo. I wish they would do more to encourage reusable ones.

I called customer service for a second time and told them how long I had been waiting for and the man said that ALL of their food lion to go associates were on break and NO ONE can help me!! You read that right NO ONE!!! First of all WOW!!! JUST WOW!!! I cancelled my order after I was told that NO ONE could help me!! What kind of service or lack of, has food lion dropped too. Never use food lion to go at this location!!! You will be treated more like you’re a bother to employees instead of a customer!!
