  Extremely long wait, no order accuracy, and by the end of it crappy food. Waited pushing half an hour for a biscuit and a couple hashbrowns in the morning. Biscuit came out cold and hard and they did not even put cheese on it, hashbrowns were drastically overcooked to where it was more like eating a kettle chip. They forgot my drink and since no one tends to the front it's a hassle getting someone to come back since they drop the order at the counter and dart off. It's Mc'Donalds, the bar is already set low, but dang.

  I am writing to bring attention to a concerning hygiene issue I recently observed. Sunday March 19th, 2026. While using the restroom, both myself and an employee were waiting to use the facilities. After finishing, I noticed that the employee did not wash her hands before leaving the restroom. Shortly after exiting, I observed the same employee returning to her duties and handling food, specifically preparing French fries. This raises serious concerns regarding food safety and sanitation practices. I hope this matter is addressed promptly to ensure proper hygiene standards are consistently followed for the safety of all customers.

  I came because I was very thirsty after going to the beach. The workers and manager stated that I couldn’t have a cup of water “due to the safety of their employees.” I don’t know if you’re allowed to deny customers water as a business, but my experience was not good.

  When we got there we had to waited then the manager started taking our order and then another customer came in asking for water cups to another employee, the manager in the middle of taking our order started yelling at here saying the bigger cups were a $1 and just kept on on and was very unprofessional. The costumer handled it well even telling the manager she was a queen. But FYI queen's do not act like that now unhealed child trauma, low self esteem, and having to put others down to make herself feel better does. Put that's beside the point she is making mcdonalds customers money got to the competitors. Thought higher up just may want to really know what's going on. Owe and while I was leaving I seen her give out free cups to someone she knew witch would be thift so I guess it just depends on who you are to her dictates the personality u will get
