There was an issue with the self-checkout and when I asked her questions, I was completely ignored. She scoffed at me, rolled her eyes and walked off. I’ll be filing a formal complaint because this is not the first time. My husband witnessed my reaction and went back inside to speak to the manager immediately. This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and available. Produce could be a little better, but if you time it right is fresh. Specifically with their blackberry raspberries, they seem to mold very fast before you can eat them.

I love the fact that, since I am Handicapped, cold and frozen items are put in blue bags. This way, if I am having a bad day with my fibromyalgia, I can just choose the blue bags and get the things in the freezer and refrigerator right away. Although I love the premade meals just needed to heat from Publix, I find that the meats and cheeses from the deli are about half the price as those in Publix., Especially if you were ordering through Instacart. Food Lion does not charge extra for any items ordered through Instacart. Publix does. They also have the best bakery-made chocolate cookies!
