We know first hand what Saturday nights are like. We arrived from a 6 hour drive and nothing was open so we landed on dominoes. Sure enough we wait and get our order and it was actually the wrong order (by mistake, we are at a hotel there is multiple people placing orders, genuine mishap that could happen to anyone) I called to let them know, and the individual on the phone called the driver, they all connected realized what happened, and they launched into problem solving. Fired up the order and delivered. We couldn’t just give the order back and unfortunately we were not going to eat the order because it was just not compatible with our party. We went to the front desk and asked them if anyone was hungry on the team and handed over the food. Shortly after the food shows up, hot, ready. This is how customers service is done. No one in life is perfect 100% of the time, but when something goes wrong owning it and correcting it, is the right way. Not only was it the right way, but everyone involved was kind. I know the cooks in the pizza line were probably like ‘why are we repeating this’ but as someone who understands how life works and that businesses do not have to do this but when they do it makes you appreciate them. This is a shoutout and just an appreciation for the Saturday staff when literally no other businesses are opened and their handling the hunger needs of the people. Ps I only have photos of the wrong order because our party pretty much inhaled our order upon arrival lol
