  Young girl up front was rude and not helpful ladies in the back were over worked but rude. And they only helped the drive thru,. Worst Taco Bell ever . And I did an online order before I got there and it still took over the time they said

  Went in for some late night dinner, we got two quesadillas a order of nacho fries, cinnamon delights and two drinks. Got our drinks immediately then waited a little under 10 minutes for our food just to realize they had given us someone’s drive thru order. They eventually gave us our correct order after another 10 minutes and gave us extra fries and cinnamon delights. Got home and one of the quesadillas was completely raw, didn’t even cook it, guacamole was on one side cheese wasn’t even melted with little to no chicken in it. Also they just mashed the quesadillas into the bag, like literally folded it in half. Neither quesadillas were cut either, by the time we got home everything was cold.

  Do not use the mobile app here because they claim they have nothing to do with the app & will not resolve the issue when the power went out & we received no food & was charged on my credit card anyway. Will not be back with no customer service & I hope they never have to experience this anywhere themselves. Customer service in the app will not contact me back so I guess I am out the money.

  If I could give zero stars if I could !! Please be careful I got food there yesterday evening and woke up with the worst food poisoning imaginable. The food was definitely contaminated and will never eat Taco Bell again due to this experience .

  Ordered here for the first time. It will also be the last. There was barely any meat on all of our food. The hard shell taco we ordered literally had less than 1 tbsp of beef and cheese combined. Also, the hard shell taco was completely soggy and soft. Our 2 crunch wraps and 2 supreme tacos were also completely soggy. We’ve never had this happen before at a Taco Bell, but it was as if the tortillas were just dipped in water. The soda had no “burn”. I don’t know if CO2 needed to be changed? But it basically tasted like juice instead of soda. Very disappointed, as a new store we were very hopeful and excited to have it finally be open. Also, tried to call about the food but all we got was a recording that says the store is busy and then the line hangs up.
