  If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband went to pick up our lunch. They didn’t have deli mustard so he said do lite mustard. There is hardly no lettuce when all I got with lettuce and pickles. I went to take the first bite, and all I could taste was the heavy mustard and bread. (See picture) I called to see what could be done because we had people waiting on us and couldn’t come back right now. The only option was for us to come back right now with the receipt to get them to remake the sandwich that they made incorrectly. No refund or compensation for us having to come back. On top of all of this, my husband wanted an Italian sub that he wanted to substitute the salami for bacon, but they told him he would have to pay for the bacon and pay for the substitution. Like double pay for the bacon? So he just had a bacon added and kept the salami on there for one charge instead of 2. The management here definitely needs improvement. We totally forgot Jersey Mike’s was across the street or we would’ve gone there. Lesson learned

  Would not recommend I got a foot-long spicy Italian and pretty much gotten no meat when I asked for extra I was told no including on vegetables. On top of the fact that the vegetables that they did have look like they’ve been sitting out of the cooler for 48 hours
