  The morning ladies are excellent! I hate to say it but i eat there almost every morning and they know my order as soon as they hear my voice. Outstanding service, exceptional customer service and they are always friendly even though it is 5 in the morning. Thank you!

  I’m extremely frustrated with my visit. I ordered one Quarter Pounder and one Cheeseburger, both with only onions, cheese, and ketchup. Instead, I got two Quarter Pounders, and the Cheeseburger was wrong—just pickles and mustard. Even after correcting it, the employee was rude, impatient, and didn’t even bother to say a simple ‘have a great day’ like other restaurants do. My fries were even scrambled in the bag. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I expect a formal apology and a serious improvement in customer care.

  Arrived at 10pm, walked to to the door- the door shows they’re open til 11. Cool, so I went in to make an order. I stated clicking on the machine to make an order for a burger. A gentleman yelled at me “MAAM WE’RE NOT OPEN!!!” I was confused I said ok? I’m sorry? The door was open and your hours on the door state otherwise… after being yelled at I went to walk out, and as I was walking out I checked the door to double check and make sure I didn’t see something wrong (I didn’t). This man literally walked up RIGHT behind me (I’m a woman) and pushed the door open in front of me and said okay here you go!! like I was an uninvited visitor or something?? This whole interaction took less than a minute; it’s not like I was lingering or anything. I will NEVER come here again ….

  They seem to be all slow here mentally and physically. Over 20 minutes for a cheeseburger. Insane

  Went thru drive thru and they asked us our order, then shut the lights off on us.. didnt come to window or anything. Bullshit if u ask me. Poor business Went to Wendy's and obviously its a habit for McDonald's to do that kind of stuff. Absolutely 💯 lost our business!!!
