- JMJolene Marlow5 days ago3.0I went thru drive-thru this morning. I didn't get a straw for my drink, my drink had so little ice, it was melted when I got to work, and I was given no napkins with my food.
- RHRachel HaberMay 5, 20261.0The burger was undercooked which was surprising as I’ve never experienced that at a mc Donald’s before. Door dash packing is AWFUL. They miss and forget so much. Don’t expect to get any sauces you asked for or napkins either.
- DDDannyMay 2, 20261.0For starters I have daughters that work in fast food and I understand breakfast can be busy and overwhelming but thats no reason to get rolling eyes from McDonald's employees we got the wrong food which we noticed before pulling off so we let them know then we didnt have our drinks then my daughter got a frap and she asked for extra Carmel so she gave extra Carmel with an eye roll which I thought was unprofessional we was not rude just wanting stuff correct I was fine till the eye roll thank you for you're attention

- KBKimarie BordenMar 13, 20261.0Up until a couple months ago the canton McDonald's was pretty good but today was horrible I ordered the chicken biscuit and it was frozen in the middle.and the biscuit tasted old. Ordered a caramel frappe and the lid was on all rhe way and it got on my husband's 200 jacket and the car as the women who worked window gave napkins and no other way to compensate us. Really disappointed with how it has turned out because I know they are better.
