  I swear I genuinely hate giving bad reviews, but this is literally just a warning to future customers to not waste your time. 2 times in a row our delivery has been screwed up, and you can never get a hold of this store. I actually like their pizza but it’s an act of congress to get it on the table.

  Talk about a crappy manager, who jumps on someone for coming in to get an order. We haven’t been told the new rules of you have to carry in the pizza bag for orders. Excuse me we have a pizza bag that holds over 8 large pizzas at a time. She didn’t have to get rude and hateful, we don’t steal food. And telling my husband he needs a real job. Well this is just our extra work on the side, from running our own business. And getting up in my face and putting your hand up, like you were gonna hit me was wrong. This gives us extra money to help take care of my elderly handicapped parents. My dad only makes so much a month, and this has given us the opportunity to help him make repairs on his home. The reason I was recording a video is because other drivers need to know how people are being treated. You could have been nice and said it’s a new policy, instead of being nasty and hateful. And none of the other Pizza Hut locations are saying anything about carrying the hot bags in. Stop judging people by your standards, not everyone does delivery as a full time job.

  Quit sub contracting the delivery to Door Dash if you are still going to leave things off the order and not answer the phone. Like, EVER. They Never answer the phone for delivery or any other matter. I guess I'll grab a refund next time I'm out that way. Poor Rachel, from Door Dash.
