  New work done on the building but still the same crappie service. Ya tell them your order, they get it wrong. Asked for extra seasoning on my fries, did I get it? Nope. Atleast the meal was hot this time and didn't feel like it got taken outta the refrigerator and slapped in a bag. To this day, the best crew this place had was in 2020. They need to go back, rehire those workers, give them a bonus or whatever they got to do to convince them to come back because everyone they have hired since then, sucks. Will I go back? Yeah, they are in a convient location but definitely a last option.

  Empty restaurant went through drive though with 1 car ahead of me and waited 20 min in line. When we got to the window the woman stated price took our card handed card back and handed food no words said... this Bojangles needs customer service training
