There is rarely anyone at the front, and when someone decides to come, (even after being kindly called from the front) there is never an apology for the delay, nor a welcome or 'how can I help you?'. They just look at you to tell them what you want. Today was the worst experience. After the credit machine was not working, Caitlin, the associate, grabbed the card swiper firom the stand, and didn't say anything. When I asked if everythjng was okay, she said she had to start her computer again. I asked if I paid with cash if that would help, she said again, "I have to start my computer again". I said, that was fine, I was just trying to help. She said AGAIN "I am starting my computer again". No kind words, no "sorry for the inconvenience". She was so rude, as all of the employees at this Papa Johns are.
