- JLJordan LinhartAug 6, 20261.0We’ve been waiting for over two hours for our Pizza Hut order. The original promised delivery time was 4:51 PM, and it’s now 7:00 PM. We’ve called multiple times and haven’t been able to get a straight answer from anyone. There have been several DoorDash drivers assigned and then reassigned. Once we finally had a driver who stayed, they ended up waiting at the restaurant for nearly 20 minutes, repeatedly being told, “Just five more minutes,” all because of an order of wings. The customer service experience has been just as frustrating. Instead of reaching the local restaurant, our call was routed to a call center, where someone in Tennessee was trying to handle an issue with an order placed in Cameron. They couldn’t provide any meaningful updates or help resolve the situation. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. Between the excessive delay, poor communication, and lack of accountability, this restaurant has completely failed to provide even basic customer service. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I also ordered 1 Marinara Sauce & 1 Garlic Sauce, but I think they included one more of every Sauces they have, which was a tastey surprise! My order was for delivery and it arrived quickly, but part of it was missing. When I called to talk with the Manager he graciously offered to send it out for delivery with another driver. Superb Pizza & Bread Sticks along with phenomenal Customer Service. That can't be beat!
